Every driver has a verified identity, phone number, community ratings and trip history. The Verified badge means they’ve completed the national ID check. You can also message the driver before booking and share your live trip with family.
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard up until the trip departs. Accepted bookings free their seats back up for other passengers, so cancel as early as you can.
